How post-event services and partner recognition work
Customized leadership experiences may include workshops, keynotes, or facilitated team sessions. Post-event services must be booked by April 30, 2027. The primary delivery window is February 1–April 30, 2027, with later delivery allowed by mutual agreement. Delivery format, location, participants, and scope will be agreed with your organization.
Maxwell DISC benefits include assessment codes, reports, and debriefs for the number of leaders listed in your package. The Executive partnership also includes a five-week facilitated roundtable for 8–10 leaders.
Marketing recognition applies to eligible materials produced after your partnership is confirmed and your logo is received. Partners supply their welcome-packet materials. Executive recognition includes prominent placement on event marketing and priority logo placement on the ticketing website and sponsor recognition video.

Are the national speakers appearing in person?
John C. Maxwell, Stephanie Chung, Dan Heath, and Rory Vaden appear through recorded presentations. Bobbie Schaeperkoetter, Renee Duenckel, Kelsey Chrisman, and Heber Mena are our confirmed in-person speakers. Frank Goehringer and Jacob Lauer are the event MCs.

Can I bring my team?
Yes. Small Business, Corporate, and Executive partnerships include 8, 16, and 24 reserved tickets respectively, along with post-event leadership development. Corporate and Executive partnerships include priority VIP table seating.
What is included with General Admission?
Your ticket includes admission, coffee, snacks, lunch, leadership resources, networking, and an attendee gift. These benefits are also included for every attendee in a partnership package.
How do I register?

When will the event schedule be available?
The event is Friday, January 22, 2027, from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Central. Doors open at 7:30 AM for coffee, snacks, and networking. The detailed session schedule will be shared before the event.
🎟️ Are tickets refundable?
Yes. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase.
To request a refund, notify Heber Mena by both email and text. Include your purchaser name, the email used at checkout, and your order confirmation.
🔄 Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets are transferable, and there is no transfer deadline.

Free parking is available in the Capital West Christian Church parking lot. Please use the main entrance.

Yes. The venue offers step-free access, accessible restrooms, and designated accessible parking.

🍽️ Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Coffee, snacks, and lunch are included with admission. However, special dietary needs and food allergies cannot be accommodated through the event catering.

⏰ When does early-bird pricing end?
Early-bird pricing ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on December 27, 2026.
This deadline applies to individual tickets and all partnership packages, with no exceptions. Early-bird availability may end sooner if the allotted tickets or packages sell out.
🤝 How do I schedule my included partnership services?
Email hebermena@outlook.com to coordinate your included NEXUS training, DISC debriefs, and roundtable services.
Services must be booked by April 30, 2027. The primary delivery window is February 1–April 30, 2027, with later delivery allowed by mutual agreement.
Delivery format, participant limits, session lengths, and location will be documented in your partnership agreement. Travel fees apply to in-person services delivered outside Jefferson City, Missouri. Contact Heber to discuss the location and applicable travel costs when scheduling.
🎥 How will I receive my bonus virtual keynote access?
Instructions for selecting your included bonus virtual keynote presentations will be provided by email. Viewing dates and access details will be specified separately.
🏢 When should partnership materials be submitted?
Please submit your company logo, exhibitor information, and welcome-packet materials as soon as possible, and no later than January 17, 2027.
